In short: Wheelchair Mayhem does not collect, store on any server, share or sell any personal information. It has no accounts, no adverts, no analytics and no tracking. Your high scores and character choice stay on your own device.

1. Who we are

Wheelchair Mayhem (“the game”) is an arcade game for Android published by BIT Lantern Software (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the game does and does not do with information. You can contact us using the details in section 10.

2. Information we collect

None. The game does not ask you to create an account or sign in, and it does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data, device identifiers, advertising ID or usage statistics. We do not operate a server that the game sends data to.

3. Information stored on your device

To work properly the game saves a small amount of data in the app’s private storage on your device:

your high-score table (the three-character initials you type and the scores), and
your chosen character (male or female).

This information never leaves your device. We cannot see it. It is removed when you uninstall the game or clear the app’s storage in your device settings.

4. Permissions the app uses

The game does not request access to your location, contacts, storage, camera, microphone or phone.

5. Spoken voice lines

The game’s spoken lines are produced by your device’s built-in text-to-speech engine. The game itself sends nothing anywhere. How that engine processes speech is governed by the policy of its provider (for example, the text-to-speech service installed on your phone).

6. Advertising, analytics and third parties

The game contains no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting services and no third-party software development kits that collect data. We do not sell or share personal information, because we do not collect any.

Please note that Google Play, through which you may download the game, collects its own information under Google’s privacy policy. That is separate from the game and outside our control.

7. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

8. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold your personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export or delete. If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or another region with data-protection rights and you have any question or concern, please contact us and we will respond.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will publish the updated version at this address and update the effective date above. If a future version of the game ever collects data, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
